They are also thicker than most dog tags – the 1.5×2.1″ is a very large tag better suited for very large dogs (over 70 lbs). The smaller version (1″x1.4″) is good for medium to large dogs. If you need a different metal or smaller size, please contact me.
I can engrave whatever information you need on the back of each tag, though the text will be smaller if you add a lot of text.
Copper and brass will tarnish, so don’t be alarmed when they start to darken. Many people actual prefer this look! If you would like to restore shine to your tag, there’s many natural ways to do so from home (like rubbing ketchup on it for a few minutes). Aluminum will not tarnish and is a much more lightweight than the other metals.
